Villa Tilia is situated above the village of Seis, surrounded by nature and in the immediate vicinity of the villas of Henrik Ibsen, Björn Björnson and Ignaz Fridmann.
The hiking trails start virtually at the doorstep, the centre of the village of Seis is within 15 minutes’ walking distance, and the neighbouring village, Kastelruth, can be reached on foot in 45 minutes. A bus stop is situated within 200 metres from the house.
