The prices are in Euro for an apartment with 2 persons and a stay of 7 days or more, including final cleaning, mobility card (free use of public transport throughout South Tyrol).
Rate per additional person: 22 Euro/day
Garage parking: free of charge
WIFI: free of charge
Children up to the 3rd birthday: free of charge
All rooms are no smoking.
Arrivals: rooms are available from 3.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
Departures: please vacate your room by 9.30 a.m. on your day of departure.
Cancellation fees (in accordance with Art. 1832 of the Civil Code) and travel insurance:
for cancellations within 90 days to 30 days of the agreed arrival date we charge 40%, within 30 days to 1 week before arrival 70% and within 7 days before arrival 100% of the agreed total price. This also applies to early departures and late arrivals.
